Hey! My favorite place for rings is Topshop. I actually also raid the mens section because their rings are pretty badass. I also like River Island, but their stuff can be a bit too “rhinestone-y” for me. Try H&M. Their ring section is large, lots of stones, not my thing but every once in a while they get some amazing full finger rings! As for feathers specifically, Topshop for sure!
